Overview
Lufthansa needed to introduce at a personalized level their campaign Life Changing Places. With our campaign consumers were invited to engage with a playful personality test to provide insight into who they are and how they travel, ultimately being matched with a travel personality and destination recommendation based on their selections. With a high-impact front-screen creative format in addition to vivid imagery throughout the experience the campaign helped to drive exceptional performance, leading to increased engagement YOY. The concept of opening the world to explorers and helping people to rediscover their travel desires in a personalized and unique way, really resonated well with audiences, grabbing consumers’ attention when they are likely to be engaged and in a planning mindset, offering personalized insights to help consumers make better, faster decisions. |
